WOOD

SCROLL DOWN

The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and distributing.

The company engages in the manufacturing and distribution of Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) and High Density Fiberboard (HDF), which are wood-based panels. These fiberboards are produced by mixing rubberwood fibers with urea formaldehyde resin, then compressing them into uniform boards. Fiberboards are made by grinding branches or the ends of trees with high fiber content into fibers, which are then compressed into boards using heat and chemical adhesive to bond them together.

These fiberboards can be categorized based on their density into two types:

  • Medium Density Fiber Board

  • High Density Fiber Board

These two types of fiberboard have different density levels, resulting in differing properties in terms of strength, resistance to bending, and tensile strength.

However, since the production processes for the two types of fiberboard are the same, the company’s machinery can be adjusted to produce both types of wood panels.

The summary of the MDF and HDF panels produced by the company is as follows:

Product Sizes:

The products’ dimensions that the machinery can produce have a maximum width of 8 feet and a maximum length of 24 feet, which can be cut into smaller sizes according to customer orders.

Product Thickness:

The company can adjust the thickness level of the products from 1.0 millimeters to 30.0 millimeters.

These thicknesses can be categorized as follows:

  • Special Thin Panels: Thickness ranging from 1.0 millimeters to 2.4 millimeters
  • Thin Panels: Thickness ranging from 2.5 millimeters to 4.0 millimeters
  • Medium Panels: Thickness ranging from 4.1 millimeters to 9.0 millimeters
  • Thick Panels: Thickness ranging from 9.1 millimeters to 25.0 millimeters
  • Special Thick Panels: Thickness ranging from 25.1 millimeters to 30.0 millimeters

Special Features of the Products:

The company manufactures and distributes products with special features, as follows:

  • Moisture-Resistant MDF/HDF Panels (HMR)
  • MDF/HDF Panels – FSC Certified
  • Fire-Retardant MDF/HDF Panels (FR)

Standard Levels of Safety

These can be classified according to standards for measuring the quantity and emission of formaldehyde in the products:

  • E1: Formaldehyde quantity ≤ 8 milligrams per 100 grams of wood
  • E2: Formaldehyde quantity > 8 milligrams but < 30 milligrams per 100 grams of wood
  • CARB P2: For thickness ≤ 8 millimeters, formaldehyde quantity ≤ 0.13 parts per million
  • CARB P2: For thickness > 8 millimeters, formaldehyde quantity ≤ 0.11 parts per million
